Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved. Notice of a minimum of 3 days will be given to parents / guardians.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
I understand it is my responsibility to ensure that my child remembers to attend the Chess Club.
Children in Reception or Years 1 will be escorted to the allocated Chess Club Classroom by a School Teacher / Club Leader. Years 2 and above can ask teachers for guidance if need be and can make their own way to the Chess Club.
I will inform the Club Leader if my child is unable to attend.
If your child is not a new member and there are changes, it is your responsibility to inform us of the change.
We do not issue refunds for any missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions missed due to unforeseen circumstances, United Knights will attempt to reschedule the Chess Club session subject to availability.
United Knights or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
In the unfortunate circumstance that the Chess Club cannot run due to cancellations caused by unfortunate events not caused by us, there will be no refunds given. However we will make attempts to reschedule the replacement within that term if at all possible; subject to the schools approval and availability.
We will use your contact details to communicate with you as and when necessary.
United Knights reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
It is a fantastic achievement for the Children to win their Termly Awards and the selected children to receive earned Certificates. We are proud to announce these Termly Awards and Certificates on our Facebook Page / Website / School Newsletter / School Website as and where applicable.
